"In my paintings I want there to be an element of imperfection imperfect things give way to grace and a sense of freedom. Only through this freedom can we attain a sense of calm. I want to feel that calm myself. That's why I paint."

Known for her atmospheric interiors and evocative landscapes, Stotts invites viewers into scenes where illumination becomes a presence rather than merely an element. Soft shadows, radiant sunbeams, and glowing horizons create a sense of calm that encourages contemplation and emotional stillness.

With Where the Light Finds Us, Stotts offers collectors a deeply personal experience, reminding us that light does more than illuminate a room; it reveals moments of peace, belonging, and hope.

The artist will be in attendance during First Friday Art Walk. Small bites + local wine will be served.
