At The Good Art Company, every piece is handled with the same care and intention with which it was created. We understand that collecting art is personal, and we treat each shipment accordingly.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Once your artwork has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.​

Packaging & Handling
All artwork is professionally packaged in-house using high-quality materials to ensure safe transit. Each piece is prepared with care to preserve its integrity from our walls to yours.

Shipping Method
We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the size and destination of the artwork.

For select works, we offer white-glove delivery service for specialized handling and placement. This service includes an additional charge. To inquire or arrange white-glove delivery, please email mk@goodartcompany.com.

Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method but typically arrive within 3–10 business days after shipment.

Shipping Responsibility
Once your artwork has been released to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider. While every precaution is taken in packaging, The Good Art Company is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss during transit.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and retain all packaging materials so we may assist you in initiating a claim with the carrier.

Signature Requirement
A signature may be required upon delivery for higher-value works.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.
