We will happily exchange or issue store credit on art that is unaltered, undamaged, and in its original state within 7 days of the confirmation of delivery. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may impose, but we do not issue refunds or accept returns. No exceptions.

To begin the exchange process please contact us via Email: mk@goodartcompany.com or Phone: (830) 997-1111 Shipping charges are not reimbursed for exchanged purchases. Shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
All exchanges must meet the following requirements.
* Merchandise exchange process must be initiated within 7 days of receiving order. * Merchandise must be unaltered and undamaged. * Merchandise must have original paperwork.
* Merchandise must be returned to the gallery 5 days after initiating the exchange. 
* All custom and special orders are non-refundable. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted, the items will be returned to you immediately, and a refund will not be issued. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
